DATED : 25-01-2021 This Court protected the applicant vide order dated 4-1-2021 subject to she attending the concerned police station and cooperating with the Investigating Officer. It is not the case of the prosecution that the condition is not complied with.

The applicant - woman is apprehending arrest in Crime 569/2020 registered with Yavatmal City Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 120, 420, 467, 468, 470 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The primary allegation is against the husband of applicant Rajesh who allegedly obtained loanS on the basis of false or fabricated documents. The role attributed to the applicant is that after availing the loan, her husband Rajesh transferred the mortgaged property in favour of the applicant. According to the applicant,

Considering the nature of accusations and the material in the case diary, the interim protection granted vide order dated 4-1-2021 is made absolute.
