The applicant is seeking bail in connection with Crime 198/2021 registered with the Pimpalgaon Raja Police Station, Tah. Khamgaon, Dist. Buldhana for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 149, 323, 326, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the applicant inflicted stab injuries on Kalyansing Pawar, and his 19 years old daughter Pallavi.

The investigation is ongoing. The charge-sheet is not filed as yet. While I have perused the case diary, I am not inclined to grant bail at this stage, since the investigation is ongoing.

I am refraining from making a reference to the
