DATED : JULY 27, 2017 This is an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition no.367/2015 which is dismissed by this Court for want of prosecution by order dated 16/6/2017. The learned counsel for applicant has filed his affidavit in support of the present application. He pointed out that due to his bonafide mistake, on 16/6/2017 he could not remain present.

In view of the aforesaid statement, Criminal Application No.131/2017 is allowed.

Criminal Writ Petition No.367/2015 stands restored to the file.
