After arguing the writ petition for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the remedy available before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal would be pursued by the petitioner. 2.

Accordingly, with leave to the petitioner to pursue this remedy as is available under Section 18 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and by keeping all points raised in this writ petition open, the writ petition is disposed of as not entertained. No costs.
