This is an application filed by respondent Nos. 1 and 2/ claimants seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant.
Considering the challenges raised by the appellant in the appeal and the facts of the case, the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 / claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court. The amount be given to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2/ claimants in the proportion as stated in the order passed by the Tribunal.
The Civil Application is allowed in the above terms.
