After arguing for sometime, the learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application, however, requests that the Sessions Court be directed to conclude the trial within 3 months. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 31st January, 2017, the applicant is granted liberty to move the Sessions Court for expeditious trial and if such application is made, the Sessions Court shall consider the prayer for expeditious trial.
