This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of the writ petition.

Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that after the petition was filed, the objections were not removed within the time granted and resultantly, the registration of the petition came to be refused. The petitioner desires to contest the petition on merits and has filed the application for restoration. However,

2 7. CAO 771 of 2025.odt there is delay of 197 days in filing the application for restoration. It is submitted that the delay occurred because there was no communication to the petitioner by the earlier Advocate. It is submitted that after getting the knowledge, the present application is filed. It is stated that the delay is unintentional and needs to be condoned.

Having regards to the contents of the application, the delay of 197 days in filing the application for restoration is hereby condoned, subject to costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to be deposited by the petitioner with the High Court Bar Association Library, Nagpur, within a period of two weeks from today.

Accordingly, the civil application is disposed of. MISC. CIVIL APPL.(ST.) NO.14252 OF 2025 6.

This is an application for restoration of writ petition, of which registration was refused for non removal of office objections.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to contest the petition on merits and he is ready to remove the office objections. 8.

Having regard to the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, the Miscellaneous Civil application is allowed. Order dated 18.11.2024,

The petitioner is directed to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks.

After the objections are removed, Registry to verify and register the Writ Petition.
