Only prayer is this revision under Rule 15 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964 should be expedited. It is claimed that revision is filed on 26/7/2016.

Assistant Government Pleader submits that if any such revision is received and pending, it shall be decided expeditiously.

In this situation, we direct respondent to decide revision as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. Writ Petition accordingly disposed of.
