This application seeks extension of time to conclude the arbitration proceedings.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the learned counsel for the non-applicant Mr. Lambat is not objecting to the extension.

The extension is allowed in terms of the prayer clause which reads thus:

It is therefore humbly prayed to this Hon'ble Court that, considering the above mentioned facts and circumstance for the period of 6 months extension of time to conclude the arbitration proceeding may please be granted.
