By way of present writ petition, a challenge is made to order dated 30/01/2024 passed in Revision Application No. 25/2023, by which the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nagpur Region, Nagpur has allowed an application for stay. The petition challenging the order dated 30/01/2024 was filed on 16/07/2024, i.e. almost after a lapse of seven months. The objections were removed on 29/03/2025, and finally, this petition has come up for hearing today before this Court. 3.

Considering the fact that more than 22 months have lapsed and the said revision is pending, we are of the opinion that entire issue can be decided by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nagpur Region, Nagpur, by putting an end to Revision Application No. 25/2023.

In that view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nagpur Region, Nagpur, to decide the Revision Application No. 25/2023 within a period of seven weeks from today, if it has not already been decided.

Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce a copy of this order before the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nagpur Region, Nagpur, within a period of4 two weeks from today.
