CORAM
:
A.B. CHAUDHARI AND P.N. DESHMUKH, JJ.
DATE :
28th January, 2015.
Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.
The petitioner is being prosecuted for the offence punishable under Section 379 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.
Learned APP states that charge-sheet has already been filed in the competent court against the petitioner. Investigation has been completed. The prayer made by the petitioner is to prosecute the police officers because they have registered FIR, made investigation and filed charge-
sheet. We are afraid such a relief can be sought or given.
Criminal Writ Petition No. 628 of 2014 is, therefore, dismissed.
