The petitioners have challenged the order passed by the trial Court rejecting the application (Exhibit No.31(C)) seeking permission to file written statement on the record. The impugned order is dated 13-12-2012. The petitioners have not taken any steps till date to move this Court in the matter. The conduct of the petitioners shows their attitude towards the proceedings. Looking to the conduct of the petitioners and as I find that the learned trial Judge has not committed any patent illegality or error of jurisdiction while passing the impugned order, the petition is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE adgokar
