CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 1264 OF 2022 The present application is filed for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by respondent no. 3 - The New India Assurance Company Ltd. as per judgment and order passed by this Court on 07/10/2019.

The amount was directed to be deposited before learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Akola. 3.

The appellants/applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount subject to the payment of deficit Court Fees as well as Court Fees on enhanced compensation.

Registry at MACT, Akola is directed to disburse the amount in the account of claimants/appellants after deducting the deficit Court Fees on enhanced compensation.
