The submission is, 287 Teachers are found not eligible because of Zero enrollment in their Schools. The contention is, this has been worked out on the basis of wrong U-DISE.

We have tried to verify correctness of this submission. Our attention has been invited to page 209, which is a list of 287 Teachers having zero enrollment and then to page 159 clause 12.1. This clause appears in Minutes of Meeting of Project Approval Board held on 09.02.2017 and forming part of Annexure "KK". The finding that there was zero enrollment is not demonstrated to be incorrect, though we have granted enough opportunity to demonstrate it.

No case is, therefore, made out. Writ Petition is rejected. No order as to costs.
