The present application has been filed by respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(e) for deleting the name of appellant No.4 on account of his death.

The learned Counsel appearing for appellant Nos.1 and 3 also admits that deceased-appellant No.4 has not left any legal representative, since he was unmarried. 04.

In view of this, the application is allowed. Appellant No.4 be deleted from the array of the appellants. Corrections be carried out in the memo of appeal by the appellants within a week from today.

The matter be listed for final hearing on 22nd October, 2024.
