Civil Application No.2284 of 2013 is filed by the applicant u/s.5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal u/s.54 of the Land Acquisition Act r/w. Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure. No reply has been filed to this application. Hence, the delay caused, which is negligible and of two days only is condoned in the larger interest of justice. The application is allowed accordingly.
