By the present application, the applicants/appellants seek permission to carry out the amendment in memo of appeal.

The contention is that though by the order dated 18.12.2017, amendment in memo of appeal was allowed, but the amendment was carried out in claim petition only. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to carry out the amendment in memo of appeal. The amendment be carried out within a week.

The civil application stands disposed of.

After the amendment is carried out, list the matter for final hearing, as per its turn.
