This is an application for grant of permission to withdraw the decreetal amount under award.

The respondent No.5 is the applicant. The learned advocate for the respondent No.5/applicant submits and pointed out that, applicant was minor at the time of withdrawal of the amount. Therefore, an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- was invested in Fixed Deposit.

It is further submitted that considering his birth date 25.08.2001 now he is major as well as his need that he is a student and required that amount for expenses of education, the application shall be allowed. 4.

Heard learned advocate for the respondent No.5/applicant.

Considering the grounds stated in the application and the copy of Aadhar Card of the applicant, C.L. Dhakate

Registry is directed to pay an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- along with accrued interest thereon to the applicant/respondent No.5 as early as possible. 8.
