This application has been filed under Order 22 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure for substituting the name of the applicant as the respondent in place of the original respondent on the ground that the applicant has purchased the property in dispute from the original respondent and therefore has stepped into shoes of the original respondent, on the basis of a deed of sale dated 24/9/2018, which is in respect of land of Gat No.157/4 and also deed of sale dated 24/9/2018 in respect of land of Gat No.157/2, both of which are claimed to be involved in the present petition.

Shri Rathod, learned Counsel for the petitioners has no objection for adding the purchaser as a party respondent, in view of which, the applicant be added as respondent no.2 in the present petition. The corrections be carried out today itself. Shri A.M. Tirukh, learned Counsel waives notice for the newly added respondent no.2. 3.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. No costs.
