Since we express our disinclination to entertain the petition, the counsel for the petitioner in presence of the petitioner - Mr. Roshan Manohar Patil seek withdrawal of the writ petition. We also record the statement made by Mr.Patil, learned counsel appearing for the VNIT College, Nagpur, the respondent no.1 that the admission process for Ph.D. course in the college will be once again opened in the month of December 2024 and we expect that the petitioner, with full information shall be entitled to participate.
