Since the applicability of the new policy framed for grant of mining leases in respect of the lands by way of public auction only with retrospective effect is sub judice before this Court, it is directed that until further orders no public auction of the land situated at Survey No.311, village Sonpuri, Tahsil and District Gondia, admeasuring 2.00 Hectors (Plot S-4) shall be held. Civil application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO.1580/2021 Heard. For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed. Petition be amended accordingly on or before the next date. The copy of the amended petition be furnished to the learned A.G.P. for the respondent. The
