Heard.
Shri N.S. Khubalakar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the petitioners have not exhausted the remedy of filing a Revision before the State Government, under Section 138 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act. It is stated that the petitioners were not a party to the proceedings before the Collector and the Commissioner and the petitioners may file a Revision before the State Government, if permissible in law.
In view of the objection, Shri Jagtap, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, so that a Revision could be filed. Permission to withdraw the Writ
