Heard Shri Satish M. Uke, the applicant in person and Shri A.S. Fulzele with Mrs. K. Joshi, learned APPs. During hearing, it has become clear that because of the refusal (alleged) of Division Bench, considering PIL No. 55 of 2004, to hear Shri Uke on CA No. 2245 of 2015, present Contempt Petition No. 7 of 2016 has been filed. Shri Uke has very fairly accepted this.

It is, therefore, apparent that if for hearing him on CA No. 2245 of 2015, any leave of this Court is being insisted upon, Shri Uke has to file appropriate application as per law, placing his grievance before the competent forum. Hence, with said liberty to Shri Uke and keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of Criminal Application No. 6 of 2016.
