Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have issued challans against the petitioner's vehicle for no valid reason and are insisting the petitioner to pay fine in terms of challans issued at different places except for the challans pertaining to Nagpur City. The petitioner intends to contest the challans.

We are surprised by the stand taken by the respondents that petitioners should pay fine against the challans issued by various authorities except the challans pertaining to Nagpur City.

4.

We expect the respondents to take corrective steps by sending challans to appropriate Court and such exercise shall be carried out before next date. 5.

We are putting responsibility on respondent Nos.1 and 2 to ensure compliance of the order. 6.

Stand over to 04.11.2025.

Learned APP shall serve the copy of order upon respondent Nos.1 and 2.

All concerned to act upon the authenticated/uploaded copy of the order."

Learned APP submits that the order has been partly complied by sending 98 challans to the concerned Court. Rest of the challans will be forwarded latest by 20th November, 2025. Learned APP assures that the order shall be complied by 20th November, 2025. 3.

List the petition on 24th November, 2025."

In response learned APP submits that challans pertaining to Nagpur Highway, Nagpur City, Nagpur Rural and Amravati District have been forwarded to concerned Court. The other challans will be forwarded within three months from today.

The statement is accepted.

The petitioner is satisfied with these developments. Accordingly, he made request to pass appropriate order.

Considering the fact that the respondents have taken corrective steps, nothing survives in the petition. The petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.
