WRIT PETITION NO.2106/2020 Issue notice to the newly added respondent, returnable in three weeks. The respondents are at liberty to file additional reply to meet the averments and prayers made in the amended writ petition. CIVIL APPLICATION (W) NO.1547/2021 The learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to file reply to Civil Application No.1547/2021.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 invites our attention to the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.1 dated 06.10.2021 and especially paragraph no.4 thereof. It has been stated

6.CAW1569.21.odt 2 therein that after receiving replies to the show cause notices issued to the petitioners, the matter would be examined by the Management. Thereafter decision would taken as to whether any further proceedings are to be initiated by the Management or the same are to be dropped.

Considering these statements made in paragraph 4, it is open for the Management to examine the replies to the show cause notices. In case the Management proposes to proceed further in the matter, the said aspect shall be brought to the notice of the Court. Stand over three weeks.
