Shri A.M. Ghare, Advocate appearing for respondent No.2 states that respondent No.2 has filed pursis in revision filed by him under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act before the State Government stating that he is withdrawing the revision application. Accepting the submission, it is recorded that revision filed by respondent No.2 before the State Government stands disposed.

Shri Ghate, Advocate for the petitioner states that now there is no impediment in conducting the meeting as convened by the notice dated 27th June, 2018.

The respondent No.1 to take steps to convene meeting as per law.

The writ petition is disposed accordingly. No costs.
