Since the learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Demand Draft of entire compensation is received from the appellant/acquiring body, which is going to be deposited in this Court shortly, the execution of impugned judgment and order dated 08.02.2019 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Achalpur in Land Acquisition Case No.41/2011, is stayed, subject to deposit of entire compensation amount along with interest, if any, with this Court, within two weeks.
