It is submitted that during pendency of the petition, Rakesh Xavior, Secretary of Brothers of St. Martin, Nagpur, died and new Secretary is required to be substituted in his place.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications, petitioner is permitted to substitute the name of new Secretary. Necessary amendment be carried out within a week. Both applications stand disposed of.

After amendment, issue notice to the respondent, returnable after two weeks thereafter.
