DATED : 26/07/2022 Only prayer that survives for consideration in this writ petition is for consideration of the petitioner's request for interdistrict transfer made on 09.02.2022. The case of the petitioner is that she is serving in Zilla Parishad School, Palghar and seeks transfer at Zilla Parishad, Akola. Zilla Parishad, Thane as it then existed had given its no-objection to the petitioner's transfer on 18.10.2012. Zilla Parishad, Akola is stated to be willing to accommodate the petitioner on transfer. Similarly, the petitioner is presently serving with Zilla Parishad, Palghar which has expressed willingness for relieving the petitioner.
In these facts and considering the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021, the respondent no. 1 shall take a decision on the petitioner's application for inter-district transfer dated 09.02.2022. Such decision be taken within a period of fifteen days from the receipt of the copy of this order and the decision be communicated to the petitioner.
