Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused the contents of the application and the additional affidavit, that is tendered on record.
Though the learned counsel for the nonapplicants oppose the prayer made in the application, for the reasons stated in the application and the additional affidavit, the delay in filing the first appeal is condoned. The civil application is allowed and disposed of. C.A.F. NO.2755/2016.
Heard. Perused the judgment of the reference Court.
In the circumstances of the case, since the applicants have deposited 50% of the amount to be paid in terms of the award, in this court, we stay the judgment of the reference court, during the pendency of the first appeal. The civil application is allowed and disposed of.
