Criminal Application (APPP) No.984 of 2016 Heard.
As original Gift Deed dated 11.9.1984 and original authority letter dated 2.12.1978 are already produced on record by non-applicant No.2 Kumari Neeta Sheshrao Goyate, the application is rendered infructuous. It is accordingly disposed of.
However, it is made clear that in title of the criminal application, date of the Gift Deed is erroneously mentioned as 10.9.1984 and learned counsel Shri A.B. Moon for the applicants, Shri .....2/-
Chandrashekhar Hadke and Shri Firoz Khan Shadulla Khan, states that it should be read as 11.9.1984. Criminal Application (APPP) No.985 of 2016 Heard.
In Criminal Application No.326 of 2016, prayer made by the applicants is to quash and set aside F.I.R. leading to registration of Crime No.0178 of 2016. That F.I.R. is lodged by non-applicant No.2 Kumari Neeta Sheshrao Goyate. By the present application, leave is sought to join her father Sheshrao Bapurao Goyate as party non-applicant No.3.
The application as moved and leave as sought is beyond the purview of controversy involved. Hence, the criminal application is rejected and disposed of.
Criminal Application (APPP) No.814 of 2016 Heard.
The prayer is to direct production of original MoU dated 2.1.2013.
The prayer is being opposed on behalf of the applicants.
In relation to very same document that is .....3/-
MoU dated 2.1.2013, today in Writ Petition No.728 of 2016, this Court has issued notice to respondent No.1 therein only.
In this situation, we adjourn consideration of this application to 26.10.2016.
