There is a delay of 125 days in filling the appeal against the judgment and order dated 03.12.2024, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Yavatmal, convicting the appellant for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the IPC.

The learned Addl.PP strongly opposes the application. However, having gone through the application and considering the explanation offered by the appellant, we are of the view that the delay is properly explained and it needs to be condoned.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned. The appeal be registered.

The application is disposed of.
