Heard.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of directions to the respondents to install CloseCircuit Television Cameras in the Transport Office of 22 Border Check Posts of the Maharashtra State and outside such Office where papers of vehicles are checked and fees are collected.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that, in view of the categorical statement made in the affidavit-reply dt.6.12.2016 filed by Mr.Roopkumar Belsare, who is presently working as a Deputy R.T.O., Nagpur, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

No order as to costs.
