DATED : SEPTEMBER 17, 2019 Heard Mr. Shelat, learned counsel for petitioners and Anjankar, learned counsel for respondent. Mr. Anjankar, learned counsel for respondent pointed out that petitioners on 16.09.2019 have filed pursis Stamp No.4588/2019 whereby the petitioners submit that they wish to withdraw the present writ petition since writ petition is filed against interim order dated 09.01.2018 and now the trial Court has already passed final order. Mr. Shelat, learned counsel for petitioners, in view of the pursis, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
