Learned Assistant Government Pleader puts in appearance for respondent nos.1 and 2 and waives service of notice.

In view of the proposed order the requirement of issuance of notice to respondent no.3 is hereby dispensed with. 3.

The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the certain rights have accrued to the petitioner in the land comprised in Gat No.226 situated at mouza Lonar, TahsilLonar, District-Buldhana on the basis of operation of the Government Resolution dated 12.07.2011. It has been argued further that for conferment of the rights under the said Government Resolution, the petitioner has already made an

22wp6988.23.odt application on 10.03.2015, however, his claim is not decided as yet.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader draws our attention to the letter dated 19.08.2015 whereby the petitioner was required to complete certain formalities. She submits that in case the formalities pursuant to said letter or any other requirements have been completed, the case of the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with the provisions contained in the Government Resolution dated 12.07.2011.

Accordingly, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the Collector, Buldhana to consider and decide the prayer of the petitioner for grant of certain rights in the land in question, in terms of Government Resolution dated 12.07.2011. The decision shall be taken expeditiously and in any case within a period of two months from the date of certified copy of this order produced before it.

The petition stands finally disposed of in aforesaid terms.
