The criminal appeal was disposed of vide order dated 14/07/2023. While disposing of the appeal, in the title clause, in front of the name of respondent No.2, the crime is wrongly mentioned as 0256/2021 instead of 0478/2022. 4.

The mistake is a typographical error and it is to be corrected by mentioning Crime No. 0478/2022. Correction be carried out accordingly and order be uploaded afresh. 5.

The Registry to act upon the order passed by this Court while disposing of the criminal appeal vide order dated 14/07/2023.

The criminal application is disposed of.
