The challenge is to the order dated 15.06.2010 passed by the Joint Director, (Higher Education) Amravati Division, Amravati. 2.

The fact remains that the petitioner was initially appointed as Part Time Lecturer, however, considering the workload, he was given posting as Full Time Lecturer, which was duly approved by the Competent Authority. 3.

In view of the reduction in strength of students, the petitioner was again reverted to the post of Part Time Lecturer. 4.

It appears that the Management thereafter continued the petitioner as Part Time Lecturer for a period from 19.04.2000 to 20.02.2010, which was duly approved by the Joint Director.

The petitioner claims that even if the petitioner was shown to have been posted as the Part Time Lecturer by reverting him from Full Time Lecturer, the fact remains that he is entitled for salary for the post of Full Time Lecturer.

(2) 220 caw 2167.23 in wp1224.12 So as to substantiate his contention, he has pressed additional grounds in the application and prayer for amendment of the petition. 6.

For the reasons stated in the application, the amendment stands allowed. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Consequently, reply be placed on record within four weeks.
