It is not in dispute that the applicant has, in connected matters, moved similar application which he has withdrawn. He is absent. According to Advocate Shri S.M. Uike (in person), applicant is not interest in prosecuting the application, as presented.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor does not dispute the statement that in connected matter he has not pressed the application.

In this situation, the application is disposed of.

Criminal Application (APPP) No.843 of 2014 Heard.

Shri Arun Narayanrao Tembhare, a retired Police Inspector, has moved this application in person. He may not be aware of listing of the matter today. Registry to, therefore, communicate him the next date of hearing.
