This petition takes exception to the order dated 05.10.2023 passed by the Additional Judge, Small Causes Court, Nagpur, below Exhibit 18 in RCS No.226/2020.

The respondent herein has filed a suit for eviction and possession against the petitioner on the ground of bonafide need and for recovery of arrears of rent.

By the order impugned, the learned trial Court has rejected the application filed by the present petitioner seeking permission to amend the plaint. 4.

I have perused the order impugned. No perversity is pointed out in the impugned order warranting interference by this Court. The petition is dismissed.
