This petition challenges the order of externment dated 20.04.2018 externing the petitioner from the jurisdiction of Nagpur district for the period of six months. The appeal against the said order before the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur, was dismissed by order dated 27.12.2018 as the externment period of six months had already lapsed.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives in this petition and hence stands disposed of.
