Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. This application is taken out for speaking to the minutes of order dated 14th March, 2018. The learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner points out that in the order, a reference is made to respondent no.1 to decide the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher. However it should be a direction to respondent no.2 who is the competent authority to decide the same. Considering the nature of submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we find in the order dated 14th March 2018 the respondent no.1 came to be inadvertently mentioned in both the paragraphs of the order. In that view of the matter, the Registry of this Court to effect correction substituting the respondent no.1 with "respondent no.2" mentioned in both the paragraphs of the above order.

The correction be effected on the original order as well as on the order uploaded on the server.
