Pursis signed by the Divisional Manager, Forest Project Division, F.D.C.M. Limited, Bhandara, its Advocate, respondents / employees and their Advocate are placed on record. In the pursis settlement terms are stated. It is submitted that the parties undertake before this Court to abide by the terms of settlement stated in the pursis. Learned Advocate for the petitioner further states that the compliance on the part of the petitioner as per the terms of settlement will be made till 15th September, 2019.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner states that if the undertaking given by the parties is recorded by this Court, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the

In view of the above, Civil application and miscellaneous civil application are disposed as withdrawn. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
