Mr. Kalwaghe, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1, who is the original plaintiff, submits that an application for rejection of plaint that was filed by the petitioner-defendant no.2 in Regular Civil Suit No. 12/2018 preferred by the respondent no.1/plaintiff, came to be rejected. The said order is under challenge in the present petition by the petitioner/defendant no.2. He further submits that the said suit is withdrawn by the plaintiff on 16.12.2024. As such, the petition has become infructuous. 2.

In view of above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
