This is an application filed by the claimant for withdrawal of the amount of compensation.

Learned counsel for the Insurance Company is absent though the matter was called out twice. In view of the appeal being already disposed of by this Court on 06.06.2017, this application is allowed and respondent Nos.1 to 5 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation, which is invested in Andhra Bank, High Court Branch, Nagpur, as per their share, according to the order of the Tribunal. The application is disposed of.
