By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the complaint of the petitioner in respect of the wrongful answers in the answer-key and publish the correct answer-key and re-declare the result of MH-SSET 2016 examination.

The learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, states that the issue involved in this case came up for consideration before the Principal Seat and the Division Bench at the Principal Seat has, by the judgment dated 29.07.2016 in Writ Petition Nos.8674 of 2016 and 2010 of 2016, dismissed the said writ petitions.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the factual statement made by the learned Government Pleader.

Hence, in view of the aforesaid and for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 29.07.2016 in Writ Petition Nos.8674 of 2016 and 2010 of 2016, we dismiss this writ petition with no order as to costs.
