For the reasons mentioned, the application for speaking to minutes is allowed. Paragraph 2 of the order dated 09/07/2024 be corrected as follows :

"2. In view of aforesaid statement, it appears that the issue is covered by the Government Resolution dated 02/02/2024. Therefore, the Old Pension Scheme would be applicable to the petitioner. As a sequel of above, the respondent-employer is directed to make necessary deductions from the salary being paid to the petitioner accordingly." 2.

Corrections in the order dated 09/07/2024 be carried out and corrected order be uploaded accordingly.
