Though the same is opposed by Shri Vaishnav, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Zinjarde, learned counsel for the respondent no.3, however, considering that what is being claimed is the right in the property, which is the subject matter of the dispute, the civil application is allowed. Intervenor be made as party respondent no.4. Amendment be carried out forthwith.
