Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 147 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504, 507 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail.

The crime is registered on the complaint lodged by Sau. Sarla Zatale that the accused i.e. the present applicant and co-accused Raju, Nalini, Gajanan, Vanmala forcibly entered the house of the complainant and dragged her and her husband out, assaulted them, and Nalini, Vanmala and Gajanan caught hold of the husband of the complainant and Raju held both hands of the complainant and the applicant forcibly administered poison to the complainant because of which she fell unconscious and was required to be hospitalized. According to the complainant, apart from the complainant and her husband her mother-in-law and two children were also present in the house when the incident took place.

2 aba499.17 The facts on record show that there is civil dispute going on between the complainant's husband and the accused who are related to the complainant's husband. The Sessions Court has directed release of coaccused Gajanan, Vanmala, Nalini and Raju on pre-arrest bail in the event of their arrest.

The applicant, aged about 22 years, claims that he is a student of B.Tech. course in College of Agriculture Engineering and Technology at Jalgaon Jamod, District : Buldana. The applicant has stated that he is not involved in any other crime/ offence. The non-applicant has not been able to point out that custody of the applicant is required for further investigation.

In the facts of the case, following order is passed: In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.147 of 2017, registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rs.Twenty Thousand.

The applicant shall not enter village Kutasa, Tahsil : Akot, District : Akola till charge-sheet is filed. The application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE RRaut..
