It appears that in relation to very same incident there are counter complaints. In complaint instituted by present applicants, charge-sheet is already filed. In so far as filing of charge-sheet on complaint filed by respondent No.3 is concerned, the investigation is over. Because of restraining orders passed by this Court, charge-sheet has not been presented. As the investigation is over, it is apparent there is no question of any coercive steps being taken against the applicants before us.

In this situation, we continue interim orders passed on 01/08/2016 and permit respondent No.1 to present charge-sheet to competent Court in

39-APL-520-16 2/2 accordance with law. Applicants are given liberty to make appropriate application in accordance with law seeking discharge.

Keeping all rival contentions open with these directions, we dispose of the criminal application. JUDGE JUDGE Asmita
