ATE : JANUARY 29, 2025 1) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2) Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue involved in all the petitions is already covered by the order dated 15/01/2025 passed in Writ Petition No.3590/2024, along with other writ petitions; therefore, she has submitted that in light of the said decision the petitioners are entitled to the relief as prayed.

3) In response, the learned Assistant Government Pleaders submitted that they had conceded the facts in Writ Petition No.3590/2024.

2 09-13- wp 4416.2024 +.doc 4) In light of the above position, we deem it appropriate to allow all the petitions, as the issue involved in these petitions is covered by the order dated 15/01/2025 passed in Writ Petition No.3590/2024, and other writ petitions would equally apply to these petitions. Hence, all the writ petitions are allowed in terms of what has been held in Writ Petition No.3590/2024 and other petitions.
